I really like super descriptive titles. John Ambrose Franklin will be born on October 19th. Due to the miracle of modern pitocin drips, the boy will come a few days early. We’re very excited to have a boy, although I’m worried I’ll somehow mess him up as I only know how to raise small female humans. Quite a while ago, I suggested to my students, while they were doing a web based research project, to suggest some names for my unborn child. I did this before we knew the gender. Its cool to see how they’ve grown. Sometimes we forget how old they are.

This was a fun project for my classroom. Sarah sewed the pillows and we worked together getting the fabric on the rest of the couch. Fun but I bet the kids at school will destroy it.
