Napoleon Dynamite: Christian Flick?

I was struck with how completely Christian the themes of this film were. I know I know it sounds crazy, but think about it. Pedro was about to be humiliated during the presidential race talent show and Napolean sacrificed himself for his friend. He literally put his entire reputation on the line in order to save Pedro. Food for thought?

They vomit too much. Sometimes they’ll lick it up and sometimes they won’t.
