In a parking lot of a strip mall here in Asheville, NC a minister holds sermons given to people who remain in their cars smoking cigarettes and eating egg mcmuffins.
It is spiritual healing for those who don’t want to get out of their car; for those who are in a hurry; for those who dislike standing up and shaking your neighbor’s hands.
I mean I guess I’m glad on some level that people attempt to go to chrurch at all. But what’s the difference between this and listening to the radio or a tape? What’s the difference between this and not seeing a gathering of Christians as something special, sacred, and worthy of your time. What’s the difference between this and complete apathy?
I laugh at your puny attempts at wit.
